Central enterprise Zhongneng Power Fuel Co., Ltd. is a class A enterprise jointly invested and established by Zhongneng Power Industrial Fuel Co., Ltd., Kailuan (Group) Co., Ltd. and Jinzhou Jinghua Industrial Corporation. It was registered with the State Administration for Industry and Commerce in December 2000, with a registered capital of 50 million yuan. In 2000, the national development and Reform Commission issued a coal business license to China Energy Power Fuel Co., Ltd.
The main business items of the company include: import and export trade of bulk commodities such as coal, wood, steel and petrochemical products(the company has independent import and export rights). The company has considerable strength in the field of mineral development, and has several own coal fields or coal supply bases in Inner Mongolia, Shanxi, Shaanxi, Hebei and other places. The company implements the general manager responsibility system under the leadership of the board of directors.
